In Colorado, it is a statutory requirement for every school district to have a District Accountability Committee (DAC). The DAC is made up of parents, teachers, DCSD staff, and community members. The DAC is an advisory committee to the Board of Education.

Meetings of the District Accountability Committee are generally held on the third Thursday of each month and are open to the public. A full meeting schedule with links to agendas and minutes is available here.
The monthly meetings are at the District Administration Building, 620 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 commencing at 6:30 P.M. in the Board of Education Room.
